Hi, I'm Jess and I'm a recipe developer and wellness educator on a mission to make vegan living more accessible to everyone. When I went vegan in 2016, my kitchen became my creative studio - the place I could imagine, experiment with, and perfect all the plant-based dishes I dreamed up. As my confidence grew, I wanted to share my love of cooking with others - using food as a vehicle to explore global cultures and share the message that plant-based food can nourishing, satisfying, and simple to prepare.
